Set Voice AI Usage limits w/ Rebilling – Separate from AI Employee

We need the ability to set Voice AI usage limits (e.g. 500 voice minutes) per sub-account or SaaS plan, and once that threshold is reached, the system should automatically trigger rebilling at the configured rate.
🎯 This would allow agencies to:
Better control Voice AI costs across sub-accounts
Offer clear Voice AI value tiers to clients wihtout the fluff.
Automate Voice AI monetization at scale
Seamlessly integrate with SaaS Configurator and Wallet features
How it works:
Usage → Limit Reached → Rebilling kicks in → Wallet deducted or client charged via card on file
This feature would unlock more scalable and profitable Voice AI usage for SaaS agencies and streamline upsells for high-volume clients.

Allow agencies to set the max number of ai voice agents and minutes included per subscription plan, with the ability for a location admin to add agents and/or minutes as an add on charging their payment method on file.

When using Unlimited AI (not pay per minute), we'd like to restrict usage. Similar to any human answering service that charges by the minute. If the user exceeds usage, they'd have to upgrade to the next tier plan.

Fully agree with this idea; this is essential for structured pricing tiers.

Higlevel must give Agencies more flexible way to rebill Ai Agents their subaccounts. Agency can pay $90 month unlimited Ai Employee. However Agency want to charge subaccounts per usage. This way agency has more control over their cost and offer their client with much more flexible per usage voice ai per minute, conversation ai per conversation, etc packages.
