Recognising different caller accents Voice AI

When the caller has a strong accent, the Voice AI isn't able to pick up on the words correctly. For instance my accent is fluent Australian and the AI agent is having difficulties transcribing my accent. I have attached a clip of the transcribe.

I've created a support ticket for this too for transcriptions - Kiwi here and the kiwi accent & Pasifika accents are not being 'listened to' correctly, nor transcribed correctly... to the point where instead of "Kia ora" it was transcribing "k*lled". So not great when it's not a pest extermination business! Try submitting a support ticket. We know that ChatGPT, Fathom & Descript are doing an infinatly better job at listening to and working out different accents, so it would be great if GHL could tap into those transcription engines.
