I’m trying to get outbound Voice AI working in a workflow, but the Voice AI Outbound Call step is failing with:
“No valid consent form.”
Important context:
I am not trying to call old leads
This is only for new leads from the last 2 days
These leads came through a Meta Instant Form
I updated the Meta form to include explicit consent language for calls/texts, including automated/AI voice
The leads are syncing into HighLevel correctly
The workflow still fails with “no valid consent form”
What I’m trying to understand:
For new Meta leads only, what exact consent wording is required for outbound Voice AI to pass compliance?
After updating a Facebook/Meta form, do I need to run Audit & Fix Consent Text or another re-scan before new leads are recognized? HighLevel’s docs suggest Facebook Lead Forms are scanned, but I want to confirm the exact steps.
Is there any additional mapping, field, or contact-level consent flag required in GHL for the workflow step to recognize valid consent?
Has anyone successfully gotten new Meta leads with updated AI/automated-call language to pass outbound Voice AI compliance checks?
I’m trying to solve this in a compliant way for new leads only and would appreciate any exact wording or setup steps that are currently working.
