One AI Agent Xfer to another

It has been in a number of places that you can have up to 20 agents and that you could have them forward to others like a call tree so each agent could handle a specialty if needed. Currently you would have to buy a new number for each. Could it be edited to be able send transfers internally to other agents without the need for a new number for each agent?

Some agents that are "experts" would only exist to be transferred to. So once the ability to transfer without dialing a number , the next step is to allow agents with no phone number since it would never make sense to call this type of agent only transfer to it.
