This need is critical for a small business person away from their laptop. Currently in the GHL mobile app, there is a conversation bubble, which does capture Ai Voice recordings. But, lately (05/15/2025) the Ai Voice recording has been working intermittently, showing only a the name/number of the Ai Voice conversation. If the "Transcript" feature, shown on the GHL web version, was added to the mobile app, this would at least meet the requirement for my clients being able to see the conversation taken by the Ai Agent. That said, both features are need - Voice recording and Transcript, for the person who can't listen, but can read, and vice versa.
