Multiple Calendar Booking for Voice AI & Conversational AI

Right now, we can connect just 1 calendar, but we want to add multiple calendars under 1 voice AI and conversational AI. For example, we provide multiple services, and each service has a separate calendar. When customers call our hotline number to book an appointment, voice and conversational AI can only book for one calendar.

Aarat Bhatnagar Great to see this is planned. Not sure what the exact plan is but it would be amazing to also consider multiple service providers on top of multiple calendars. For example, a dental clinic may have multiple services (i.e. hygiene, check up, filling, etc.) and multiple dentists and hygienists as well

Aarat Bhatnagar The beta version for conversational AI is already available. You can currently use this functionality only for the chatbot (text-based) AI; it does not yet work with the voice AI. Is voice support already in development?
I’m asking because the multiple calendar booking feature is already live for conversational AI, so it’s not just “planned.”

You can do this via integration with n8n. I'm actually looking at moving all my Voice AI over to an external provider for now and accessing the GHL calendars via API calls until this is sorted. So, it is doable, but not easy for now. In otherwards, I do agree with you that it is needed. So, for clients that don't want to pay for my "Premium" multi-calendar voice booking, I just the Voice AI to figure out which calendar will work for them and then send them a txt message to that calendar so they can just open the link and and book it. Faster and less errors to worry about with data entry that way anyway. When you do it via the Voice AI way, you have to make sure the Name and especially the Email and Phone number are dead accurate via repeating it back because the caller won't be able to confirm visually.

Yes. We desperately need this. I have a photography client with multiple services. Only one calendar limits what can be booked. Service calendars and service menus would be great.

Totally agree... this is needed immediately. I convinced my barbershop clients that AI voice could book their appointments, but an unfortunately, now I have to say it can not.

I've seen other agencies be able to do that with voice AI agents but I imagine it's not with GHL. This is such a valuable thing to offer in this day and age. If this doesn't get released soon I might have to look elsewhere to make it happen faster, especially now that I know GHL users won't be able to compete lol

we also need the AI to schedule out further than 3 days, it should be based on the calendar itself, or at least 60-90 days of the calendar(s)

Please add dynamic field for Conversational AI Bot's Calendars so we can add Calendar ID so we can use same workflow for multiple agents (with individual calendars). Otherwise, we need to create a individual workflows for each users (calendar)
