That's a huge disappointment and certainly not revealed when you are signing up or purchasing the product! Because that's not the way it was!!

That is a significant misrepresentation of the product's ability to be used most effectively…If you wanted to charge more, that would be acceptable, but not to allow it at all?? When people purchases the product and design use cases for it? this is a first...you design the product for maximum effectiveness and then take it back with no alternative???

That is just wrong!
