Feedback on Voice AI Pricing - Far Too Expensive

I am providing some feedback regarding the pricing of the Voice AI feature. This feature should be included at no additional cost for Agency-level accounts and above.
I’m sorry to share some negative feedback. Still, we’ve been actively trying to sell this alongside other GoHighLevel features for weeks, and the consistent response we’ve received is that, while the feature is somewhat helpful, it’s not seen as worth the current price.
We value the platform and its capabilities, but the pricing model needs to be reconsidered for Voice AI to gain more traction, especially among small businesses. Including it for higher-tier accounts could help boost adoption and demonstrate its value more effectively.

How is it too expensive? it's one of or the lowest prices on the market. you only pay per usage. Or you can pay $97 for unlimited usage of ai voice, chat, workflow, content, review replies and 1 more ai feature. I forgot. but I don't think it's expensive, I just think you don't know how to effectively communicate the value to your clients.

Or at least, be able to offer it at a discount for the first 2-3 months so they can see the value firsthand. As it is, "seems" too expensive

Steve Jeffrey they gave unlimited for nov and dec for free. it is very expensive to run. you can give the client the discount and not charge them, just usage, but thats up to you.
