Enable Appointment Booking for Voice AI Agents

While Conversation AI via text can schedule appointments, Voice AI agents currently cannot. Without this feature, users are forced to turn to other platforms to fill the gap. It disrupts our workflows and diminishes the value of staying entirely within Go High Level. Adding this capability would keep people from needing another platform, Instead keeping everything in one place, making Go High Level "The" go to solution for seamless Voice AI scheduling.

Dane Test 297 /mo is bit pricey for 3rd party system that cant read the Kalend-r and guarantee an open time slot.. and then rely on texting the caller if the slot isn't avail and to rebook. (unless i misunderstood the videos)

Voice AI agents are what is most in demand in Latin America, I have seen other agencies in Mexico and Peru already installing these systems in customer care processes and are closing appointments, for example dental appointments, I saw this as early as June 2024 that it was already available in Mexico. I'm looking forward to GHL having this agent in Spanish and that we can use different voices.

I can't stress enough how important it is to be able to book appointments directly through the bot. It will be a game-changer when it's fully implemented. I have a few restaurant clients using this feature right now, where the bot sends a text with the booking link directly to their phone. It's actually been very helpful, so it's not completely useless at the moment—it's just not perfected yet.

Cody Piercy I saw a few comments by some users who said they were losing up to 30% of potential clients who wanted to set an appointment, but never set them when expected to follow a texted/emailed link. It is IMPERATIVE that this is enabled as long ago promised.

On the webinar with billy jean, he demonstrated and sold us on the capacity for the ai to take an appointment. After several calls with support this is not actually possible. Must add a workflow, which ultimatley leave the client having to book said appointment on their own post the call. Classic bait and switch.
