Currently, Voice AI Custom Actions only support "Fire and Forget." The agent can send data to a webhook, but it cannot retrieve and use the JSON response in the same breath. Actually recently Recently, I tried to set up a Live Booking System using the Voice AI agent. The goal was for the agent to fetch available Calendly slots and read them to the user during the call. But there is no option in GHL voice agent to get response back from webhook.
