- Replaces having to call or text to book appointments using Voice AI
- Conference like mode where you can have AI, a live agent and customer all on call to make any special requests like discount etc.
- In browser video call to examine issues. e.g., AI asks the customer to send a video, and the plumber can examine it later at their convenience.
Additionally, if the chat widget interacts with browser components & updates in real time, this will make WordPress irrelevant! More reason to use GHL's web builder.

I use an Iframe system of these with Vapi and Orbify.Studio for custom orb interfacing controlled through JWT security that then hooks to my MCP inside of GHL account for another example. Orbify.Studio is awesome and Vapi connects to everything that works with GHL internally, no code necessary. Would be cool to have options like this within High Level one day, so hope this gets upvoted more! LOL.
