Background noise cancellation on AI voice calls

I have noticed that the voice agent is very sensitive, even the smallest background noises can throw it off and disrupt the conversation. Is there anything in the works to help the dsp not be so sensitive to picking up everything? This would be super helpful.

Victor Kaspar since early Summer 2025 with the backend migration from Synthflow to Retell AI, you can control the interruption sensitivity in "Advanced Settings" with voice agents.

Agreed! Sometimes it will just make up a name and say, "It sounds like there was a mix up." It completely confuses the caller.
