There needs to be a feature for when users call in or message a business and can book an appointment with the new Services feature/calendar instead of only being able to book with the "Meetings" calendar. The new Services feature on calendars is obselete if this is not fully functional. Clients need to be able to book, look up, cancel, or reschedule their appointment with AI.
