Hi there, I'm currently experiencing a high-level limitation that I believe may affect other businesses using this software. Currently, the Voice AI sends the summary in the contact section specifically to that contact, however there is no option to show the AI summary using this logic: CALENDAR VIEW>CLICK ON APPOINTMENT>VIEW DETAILS> NO OPTION TO SHOW THE AI SUMMARY THERE. It's a limitation because business owners don't like to jump back and forth from one section to another, the information collected by the AI needs to be diplayed easily for them. I've attached some screenshots with the HOPE that someone from High Level IT deparment will take a look at it and hopefully do something about it, thank you for your understanding.
