I’d like to request an improvement/addition to the AI Voice Agent and appointment handling system:
  1. AI Voice Agent capability:
Please enable the AI voice assistant to be able to reschedule and cancel appointments directly during a call.
  1. Calendar visibility for rescheduled appointments:
Currently, when an appointment is rescheduled, the original slot disappears, which can be confusing for business owners.
It would be very helpful if rescheduled appointments were shown in the calendar in a clear way (similar to how cancellations are shown with a crossed-out label), so it’s obvious what happened to the original booking instead of leaving an empty slot with no context.
  1. Automation triggers for rescheduling:
Please add “Rescheduled” as an Appointment Status trigger in workflows/automations, alongside existing statuses like cancellations. This would allow proper automation setup for both rescheduled and cancelled appointments.
These changes would significantly improve clarity, tracking, and automation flexibility.
