I understand that the AI outbound voice agent has to trigger some sort of connection to fire up the AI Agent when it calls someone, and this is why it appears to ring when a customer answers the call.
At same time it does come across to the end customer as very strange in terms of them answering a call and then hearing it ring to connect with the person (AI Agent in this case) calling you.
It would be great if it was possible to disable this ringing noise when the customer answers the AI Outbound Agent call. At same time I realise there might be technical limitations currently with the beta AI Agents...but as this technology matures, I'm sure there should be a way to stop the ringing noise that is used to connect and trigger the AI Outbound Voice Agent.
Hopefully Gohighlevel can include this improvement in the future...as it will be a better end customer experience and avoid customers receiving AI Outbound calls from potentially hanging up (disconnecting) the call after receiving a call that starts ringing once they answer it!
