We currently use our voice ai to answer calls and qualify potential leads who we would like to move forward to a call with one of our sales members. The ai has the ability to book them and add a short description based on contact fields it has collected (Name, Number, Email, etc.), but our sales team has no way of knowing what the rest of the call entailed. We have our calendar linked to google calendar and that is how they view their upcoming calls. It would be very useful to be able to automatically update the appointment description using the call summary so that when the appointment is created, the description is available for them to see on the google calendar side. That way they don't have to open GHL to find specific contacts who only book through the voice AI.
