In order to assist with "office hours" availability for voice, it would be great to have an option in the Voice AI agent to answer calls immediately during specific hours and answer as backup during other windows. Right now, I have to create duplicate identical agents and maintain them separately to have a different behavior for work hours and after hours answering. My client wants to basically have a DND window after hours where his cell phone does not get called after hours, like 2AM. Adding an option for Voice AI to answer the call immediately during after-hours while having the same agent answer after the phone settings timeout during work hours without having to create separate agents to achieve this would be helpful.
