We REALLY need call recording URLs to send to clients in emails/automations...
Currently a client has to log into the platform to listen to the calls. This is very bad.
We should be able to send call recordings when we send them the email notification with the leads details.
Call recordings are a very basic, standard feature offered by every other voice agent platform since voice agents have created...
Its a feature which is REQUIRED when selling Voice Agents... Im unsure why GHL are so behind on this??
Im seeing people have been requesting this since January 2026 and even in 2025....
When can we expect this to be available and live for the those who are selling voice agents?

Please add the ability to send the AI Call Recap to whoever I direct a workflow to send it to. Right now, the only thing available is the transcript, which is not formatted and is terrible to try and read.

You can create an action within Voice AI for after the call is completed that puts a summary of the call into a field. Then have a workflow send it to whomever you want.

There's no native solution for call summaries. For now, create a workflow "Note add/change" -> look for "Call Summary" -> send {note.body} contents.
Call recording should stay in Web or LC app.
