Please add the ability to send the AI Call Recap to whoever I direct a workflow to send it to. Right now, the only thing available is the transcript, which is not formatted and is terrible to try and read.

You can create an action within Voice AI for after the call is completed that puts a summary of the call into a field. Then have a workflow send it to whomever you want.

There's no native solution for call summaries. For now, create a workflow "Note add/change" -> look for "Call Summary" -> send {note.body} contents.
Call recording should stay in Web or LC app.

Yes, the transcript is not good enough so i need to be able to send the audio file too for further processing.
