Ability to add custom fields and values inside Voice AI prompt

For inbound/outbound call personalisation, it is important to have custom field values inside the system prompt. The ability to add custom values inside the voice ai prompt also enables marketers to include seasonal offer names and related info without needing to change the whole prompt every now and then. So it will be great to have custom field and custom values inside voice ai prompts.

Significantly, the standard fields (name, email, phone, business, postal code, etc) should all automatically be part of the prompt.

Also if the ai voice can have a knowledge base to refer to additional info besides the prompt that would be great. like a light rag system. Keep up the great work guys!

This ones huge for me and actually has had me shopping atround for other voice ai products. Id like my ai to be able to access customer or lead info to have a more personalized call with clients. Also call recording would be great because we can use these not only for improving but also it is great marketing material and product demo material.

Don’t forget the ability to use custom fields for opportunities and custom objects. Also allow us to use them in any fields, like the fields in the voice ai agent that ask for an input.
