When a user is given the permission to view only assigned data, also include an option for data not assigned to anyone. I have appoitment setters on my accounts that can't see their lead until someone assigns it to them. I don't want them to see contacts that aren't assigned to them, but I would like them to see contacts that aren't assigned to anyone yet (cold).

This is a huge issue in our organizations. If a lead is in the system as an unassigned contact already it should be viewable by users with only assigned data as an option. In many cases the contact database is not proprietary and should be accessible to make it useful. The opportunities can stay hidden but the underlying contact should be available.

I also have a similar issue regarding that idea. If a salesperson creates an opportunity in GHL, the opportunity and the contact created by the salesperson are automatically unassigned, which means that the contact and opportunity he just created disappear.
