Turn Off "Launchpad" in Sub-Accounts

Can we please have a toggle to turn off the "Launchpad" in either the sub-accounts (Business Profile) or in a sub-account's (User Permissions). The launchpad is great when we first onboard but becomes a massive distraction afterwards.
Based on what is already in the suggested posts, this will help solve multiple other requests.

Remove Launchpad from User. Currently Users can go in and configure account level stuff in the launchpad, such as adding services like WhatsApp, or adding team members, etc.. This can be problematic, as these types of users should have no ability to manage account level, stuff, or we should be able to control it in roles and permissions.

All that I'd like my users to see is the Opportunities, Contacts, and Conversations menu sections.
It makes no sense to me that both the Launchpad menu section should be shown to my users if the only value that it adds is a link to downloading the mobile app, whereas there's already a dedicated menu section call "Mobile App" at the bottom of the Sub-Account menu which provides info for downloading the app on Android/Apple.
Also, currently, if you deselect "Dashboard Stats" under User Permissions, it doesn't actually remove it from the Sub-Account menu like it does for other user permissions that you deselect. I don't want my users to see the "Dashboard" section if I've deselected it.

This is absolutely ridiculous! Assuming that our clients all need the same thing is inane at best. I love the idea of a launchpad, but this is something that should be fully customizable, not something that is a default set of items that we can’t turn off.
We should have the following:
- The ability to turn it on/off at the agency level across the board or for individual sub-accounts. We onboard every client individually so this is a waste of time and it’s not going away even if “completed.”
- The ability to choose specifically what widgets/apps we want to include/exclude and the ability to customize the messaging.
- Many of us use custom links within the platform. We should be able to add these too for onboarding.
- Launchpad should only appear by default one time EVER. They can click it if they want to see it again.
We should be able to choose the first thing users see when they login it is really annoying that every time we change to a different account, it’s not going to the dashboard or what we want to see.

I am hoping the customize launchpad will have toggle on:off for all the standard items and a Custom Launchpad item like we have Custom Menu links.

Yes, and for the account admin it should have a toggle off so that after onboarding it is no longer there as a distraction.
