We recently deleted a user from our sub-account after ending their contract, not realising that doing so would also delete all of their call recordings, whether inbound or outbound. Transcripts are available only for outbound calls, not for inbound calls. Months later, we needed one of those recordings to verify a conversation with a customer, and it was gone.
We're requesting an enhancement that allows call data and other important communications to remain accessible even after a user is deleted. This will help protect valuable business records and ensure smooth operations, especially in legal, sales, and customer service use cases.
Please vote if you believe deleting a user shouldn't mean deleting your history with them.
