One of the biggest challenges in healthcare in a highly regulated industry is that we need the ability to really lock down permissions. For example we do not want a user to be able to edit a post we have created. Or even better be able to allow some editing of posts, emails or content but not all of it for example maybe they are allowed to @ their business but not edit the post or creative at all. This is highly in demand for pharmaceutical or medical device companies to create "hubs" for doctors with pre-written posts, emails, etc. to be able to quickly and compliantly send out.
