ive been avek to create this usomg ai chat builder only thi knaviur using ai chat builder is it stores the data somehow to your devices and it will slow them down. ive intergrated supabase but it doent seem to respond to weel with Ai Chat. Ai caht seems .kre kiek its humans in the backas its very very slow to respond and it had hard time telling the difference between clent id and shared id even though you copy and pase it in exact words. However it makes no sense to use a third app when the intergrations are there ut high level had its own codes.

And have the ability to simply select "Sales reps" as assign to user action so that you don't have to go into every single assign to user action when someone leaves or comes onboard the team, you can just make them a Sales rep user and they be automatically in your Round Robin assignments.

Currently we only have 1 agency owner, admins and users. There needs to be a layer above Admin, but below Agency Owner.
I currently work in a larger agency (1,000+ Sub accounts) and the company has different department heads for our different products. I am curently one of the department heads for the High Level Product, however the agency owner is our CFO who created the account back in the day. Since I am the product owner, the highest level I can achieve in the system is "Admin" but this does not allow me to perform functions that the "Agency Owner" has like account transfers. So, in these cases, I need to track down the CFO of the company who rarely, if ever logs into the agency end to perform the functions that he has hired me to perform because my permission level does not allow it. Having an extra layer of pass off functions that the account owner can provide to me, would enable me to perform my job

Adding additional permissions will allow Sub accounts to manage user permissions and restrict certain user access without having to contact the Agency.

This request is absolutely necessary in GHL. In a company, there are different roles, and these should be reflected in the system.
Having customized user roles makes it easier to select specific groups of users and adjust their permissions when needed. It also allows for a clear view of each user's role without having to examine all their individual permissions.
