I have multiple users linked to 2 sub-agencies and I need to give different levels of permissions to each sub-agency (depending on their participation in each project) but by giving them permission to view ALL RECORDS in one sub-agency, it automatically gives them permissions to see ALL RECORDS in the other and that's not what I need. The same thing happens with permission settings.
