Bulk Edit Users

Need a way to bulk edit users and set the same permissions to entire group of users. Or set up custom users categories that we can preset permissions to.
Recently every time you guys update permissions it turns on a bunch of stuff that was turned off before and I have to manually fix for everyone.
I have 100s of users it's a real pain and a huge oversight.

We need the ability to set a team member as Admin on some subaccounts and as a User on other subaccounts. Right now, if I set a team member as an Admin on one subaccount, it changes them to an Admin on all subaccounts.
