Auto assign Contacts

Contacts should be auto assigned to the user submitting the contact... I'm not sure why this isn't a function. We should also be able to filter the mobile app as its own data source.

I don't think this needs to be on by default, but it should 100% be an option. Even having a "created by" smartfield would do the trick because then we could simply create a workflow to auto-assign contacts to whichever user created the contact.
