Add Assigned Users as custom values. So we can say AssignedUserName, here from CompanyName.

This is a huge oversight and breaks consistency with other merge tags. Contact Owner and Contact Assigned User are pre-defined fields in the database, but there is no way to access them with merge tags.
I'd expect to be able to say something like {{contact.owner.name}} and {{contact.owner.email}} and {{contact.owner.signature}} when personalizing emails from an assigned sales person.
From the perspective of a naive user, it seems like this shouldn't be too difficult to implement. You need to enable the merge-tag parser to comprehend the owner object. And you'd have to implement a similar database call to gather the data to the existing merge tag {{appointment.user.…}} object.

Pretty surprised to see this feature has not been added yet. Personalization is king in marketing and this feels like an easy add.
I want to be able to send a mass email but for it to be personalized from the assigned user with name, email, and signature. This is an easy win for open rate.

Agreed, I am having the issue as well and would find it very helpful so that my funnels can be tied back to the assigned user rather than a generic email address. This is very confusing for the client.

Just ran into this issue, need this asap please. Especially for teams using automated emails. We need the assigned users name to prefill

We need this in email campaigns so we can send an email and say From: assigned_user.email and similarly, use assigned_user.name at the bottom of the template.
Also, its not possible to use the assigned user in workflows. There's a trigger for assigned user updated, but we're unable to see what changed in the workflow actions
