Ability to identify logged in staff members for agency live chat integration

Currently it is impossible to identify users logged in to sub-accounts and know who is speaking to us via our live-chat solution. To be clear I'm an agency owner and my clients own sub-accounts, and when they are logged in and engage with us via our live chat widget we do not know who they are, which company they belong to or which sub-account they are in when they speak with us.
This results in us having to awkwardly ask who they are, and first identify them before we can proceed with helping them. We need to be able to identify them, add custom code to pull that data into our live-chat widget and get straight to assisting them.
Please add support for this asap.
