I deal with 3 countries and changing the default number to SMS them manually is a hassle when workflows also fire off on different numbers. Changing default numbers runs the risk of workflows not executing correctly. Instead of using manual SMS, I should be able to assign the numbers a user needs and workflows should run without manual input.
