The ability to control 100% what users should be able to read/ write.
Right now we have to tab into "packages" of access levels defined by HL. Our users dont fit into that and i believe there must be similar cases out there.

Also I'm sure you're aware of our ability to toggle features on/off for a SaaS plans as well as individual sub-accounts controlled from the Agency View. I don't know how much more control they can give us!
