I am fairly new to GHL and have already been experiencing the issue of not being able to add users to my system because they already exist with another agency. This is a pain for me as I am selling the software as a SaaS than an agency so this means most of my users sign themselves up without much communication. So then it leaves me with a dilemma.. How do I approach this without breaking both the prior agency's whitelabel and my white label? As you can see this rabbit hole is deep and can cause massive problems. I propose that we start requiring users to login with Usernames (NOT email addresses) It would be far easier and cleaner to reach out to someone and say sorry you username is already taken. Here is your options for a new one. Than sorry your email is already being used in the system.. I have only been selling GHL for 3 weeks and have like 8 people signup, 2 of which were already in the system so either I am really unlucky or this has to be a bigger problem. The first time it happen the user was an active client paying over 10k+ per month with the other agency. There is quite a bit on the line there should the whitelableing be blow. Please come up with a solution for this!
