There seems to be a feature limitation in the tempate library. Why show me a template and not allow me to use it?

It seems to me that if a template is meant to be accessible to the agency that the template should have an option to utilize/implement directly from the template library. Currently there is only Hide and Preview. In this instance I found a template that would be helpful, could not do anything but preview it, went to the subaccount where I could not find it at all-- the template does not specify whether it is a funnel or website, so I looked in both locations. This was colossal waste of time and effort.
If the template library is for viewing only and is not functional in any way and the templates are not available anywhere else then it doesn't need to be there. ( I did have your support team look and confirm that the templates I found in the library were not available anywhere and were just "looky but no touchy" templates.

Thank you for raising your concerns. One possible reason you were able to view the template at the agency level but not at the location level is due to the location-specific settings. Those categories may be hidden for that particular location.
Additionally, you can select the product type from the top-level dropdown at the agency level.

Gargi Jaiswal As I said-- I contacted the support and they simply said that you cannot utilize the templates from the library and the template simply was not available in any of the locations we searched. since the template did not specify if it was a funnel or a website we looked in both places. Nothing the agent or I could do would allow that template to appear or be usable. The support agent could not find a way to make that template available to my agency or my sub account on any level.
Of course, if I see a template in the library I can then select a product type and take the time to search for it again--only to have it still be unavailable to me.
So my original suggestion remains-- if I can see it in the template library there should be some sort of option for me to select it for use right there rather than making me go to other locations to search in hopes that it might possibly be there.
