I’m running into an issue with document templates and multiple signers. Right now, GoHighLevel only allows a template to be mapped to one contact, which is creating problems for applications or contracts that sometimes require one signer and other times two signers (e.g., an applicant and a co-applicant).
What I’d like to be able to do is:
Create a single reusable template that already includes all the signer fields (for both Applicant and Co-Applicant).
When sending the document, if I choose to include one or two contacts, the system would automatically assign the correct fields to each signer based on who I send it to.
At the moment, the template only recognizes one contact and doesn’t allow assigning pre-defined fields to multiple potential signers. This means I have to manually add or delete fields each time depending on how many applicants there are, which is very time-consuming.
Can you please confirm if there’s a way to support multiple signers in one saved template, or if this functionality is being developed?
