Is there a way to include an opens and clicks for emails and texts. My clients have used Activecampaign and love the visibility into how the emails and texts do. It would also be great to have triggers based on when someone clicks or opens emails and texts.

YES! I loved when Hubspot would notify me when email opened, statutes a link was clicked, and I could check the open/closed statues.

This would be great added to "Activity" or something graphical, like a color change next to the message in the thread.

AGREE! Active Campaign shows actual "Activity" under their "Activity" section. The GHL activity section shows nothing!
