When using templates from the library, some of the custom values included are incorrect.

For example in Lifestyle Coaching 9, text reads [first name], not formatted as a custom value. Likewise in the footer, in the space that says business mailing address, there is a custom value for email, not mailing address.

I realize it's my responsibility to check and update these but it's strange that the templates would contain incorrect formatting or incorrect custom values.
