Conditional Content Emails/SMS/Web Pages

Conditional content creates a huge time saving opportunity. Imagine using the same emails for two types of leads in your funnel, but the call to actions are different. Why duplicate over and over again when conditionals could be created inside the email to decide what content is displayed. Conditional content in emails, sms, landing pages, would also provide a small degree of personalization which can help in a number of ways.

Yes yes yes to this! -- It would be so helpful to have customers enter a workflow after they reach out and just have the call to action change depending on if they have booked a call yet.
So the email would either end with "click here to book your call" OR "I'm looking forward to chatting with you on XYZ DATE - make sure you've watched this video before our call."

Many use cases for this, here are a few:
- Display content in different languages based on contact's language
- Display contact owner's signature, or generic signature if the contact is not assigned to a user.

Any news on this one?
I keep having to create many multiples of emails, and IF/ELSE actions, all to achieve what 1 email could do if it had conditional content blocks.

This is a must for more personalized nurture sequence. Hope GHL team will put this to planned soon. We need this feature to Capture, NURTURE, Convert better!

I'm kind of amamazed that is option isn't available. Seems like most other email systems provide some sort of function like this.

Yes. This would be huge!! I have several use cases where I want to send essentially the same email except for maybe a paragraph.

ActiveCampaign does this incredibly well.
In 1 email, you can have multiple conditional content sections, with different conditions.
With just a handful of conditions in that one email, creating the case thing with IF/ELSE statements would be crazily complicated and an absolute nightmare to edit.
I'm really missing not having conditional content in emails!
Please vote it up!

MailChimp does this with conditional merge tags, and I'd love to see this in GHL!
For example, if I want to ask a new customer for their Instagram login, but only if they're chosen Insta as a service, I'd write this in MailChimp:
|IF:Instagram = TRUE|
Please send Instagram ID, email and password |ENDIF|

Conditional content would add SO MUCH power to the email builder.
The only alternative for emails by my understanding is to have lots of IF ELSE statements in a workflow but with only a few variations this is too many options to be feasible.
Examples :
Travel agent :
If {customer.transitairport = LAX}
"Leave 4 Hours to pass through this airport"
IF {customer.departurecountry = NZ
"You need to complete a travel declation 48hrs before your return flight"
Or and agency wanting access to clients accounts :
IF {customer.platform INCLUDES Instagram}
"Please complete your instagram username and password <here>"
IF {customer.platform INCLUDES GOOGLEADS}
"Please supply us your 10 digit customer ID on the top right of your ads account so we can request access"
Etc etc
Keap, Mailchimp and I believe ActiveCampaign have this.
