Brand Colours for templates - like Zoho, Salesforce, Active Campaign

Every time we want to add or change a colour we have to type in each individual hex or colour code. Even the ones, we use in every single template. There is no way (or at least that I can see) to be able to pre-set then quickly use our brand colours when creating templates. It takes so much unnecessary time when every other CRM I've worked on has this as standard. Every time we need to change a colour, our pre-set brand colours should come up as a speedy click option, then the chance to add any other colour viz the colour wheel, or by typing in the hex.

Centrally managed brand colours and typography is a major requirement that would save massive amounts of time and frustration.
At the moment all of these use completely different design systems:
- Websites, Blogs, eCommerce (needs the social image editor)
- Funnels
- Email templates (needs global fonts, brand colours, template padding standards)
- Estimates (can't be designed at all right now)
- Invoices (can't be designed at all right now)
- Documents (Very limited, could be amazing with the same website editor)
- Social posts
This has implications for AI development as well - as the HGL AI evolves to create and communicate it will need to use this global setting for brand consistency.
Centralising this will also save massive amount of dev time to support future feature development?
I would suggest evolving the Website Editor as a core design system standard, add global typography, brand guidelines to this. Add in the Social post image editor and you've got a pretty powerful system.

Hey with new Brand Boards in locations, you can now save your colors, fonts and logos for quick access from the email and funnel builder. Soon we would bring it for all products.

Yes, this has been one of my biggest frustrations. We are going through a rebrand so I want to test out the colours but I'm manually having to change each button, banner, etc.. With all the White labelling we are able to do with GHL, you would think this functionality would be easy to implement.
