Currently when checking a client in to send them a review request, you can only choose one of email or phone number to send it to. Would be great if we could choose both so they get a request via email AND phone since they may be better at responding to one channel over the other.
Otherwise if we wanted to do both email and SMS we'd have to check the client in, choose one channel to send to, then check the client in again and choose the other channel.
