Catherine Taylor, When a sub-account opens their account: On the Launchpad, there is a 1 Click setup button. When they click it, it opens up the template library, and they can choose from the snapshots available, purchase, and then import them into their account, DONE!
Or it could be at the top right, where all the icons are.
