After I send an email in ghl. I sometimes get asked if I can forward it to another email address and unfortunately I can not.

Yes, being able to forward an email is critical as well as being able to add CC and BCC.

This is so frustrating! I get a response that says "I'm not the right person but I've copied someone here who is." I can't reply to them, I can't forward to someone else on our team.... Please add this!
