Tasks 2.0 – Task Pipelines! (ie Trello)

I'd LOVE the ability to create pipelines just for tasks with some basic automations/triggers built in. Same layout as opportunity pipelines—essentially giving us trello/kanban in GHL.
That would let me drop tools like Asana and Trello and make GHL task management worth the effort!

✅ Sequential Task Workflow (a la HubSpot Task Queue)
M
Malcolm Segura
Problem:
Currently, there's no smooth workflow to power through a list of contact follow-up tasks (calls, emails, SMS) one after the other. Inside GHL, each task must be opened manually, the contact located, and the action performed — which slows down productivity significantly.
Proposed Solution:
Add a Task Queue or “Sequential Task Mode” — similar to what exists in HubSpot — where a user can:
View all their open tasks (calls, follow-ups, reminders, etc.)
Click “Start Task Flow”
Be taken to the first contact with full details (contact record, notes, task info, phone/email)
Complete the task with a click (or call directly via Lead Connector dialer)
Hit “Next Task”, which automatically logs the action, marks it complete, and loads the next task
This workflow would be a massive productivity boost for:
Sales teams doing call blocks
Setters who need to power through follow-ups
Agencies using task-based pipelines
Optional Add-ons:
Filters by task type (e.g., call, email)
Filters by pipeline/stage
“Pause Task Flow” option to resume later

Yes! I too would love this built, especially from a sales perspective. It definitely saves time and effort when plowing through 70-100 tasks/day. The hubspot click to next task based on when its due was an amazing feature I'd love to see built!

Yes it would be really incredible, there has been a demand for a long time, but it doesn't seem to be progressing: https://ideas.gohighlevel.com/tasks/p/projecttask-organizer-like-asana

Agreed!

Yeah totally agree with this. But it could really just be as simple as being able to scroll through contacts like we can on smart lists.
