Task Reminder to Person Assigned the Task

It would be great to be able to use the task reminder trigger to send an internal notification to the person assigned to the TASK, not just assigned to the contact.
For example: Person A is the contact owner but Person B is responsible for a task on the contact. Be able to select "user assigned to task" vs. just notifying the user assigned to the contact card.

YES! Unbelievable that this is not a thing already, feels like the tasks are half baked

Yes!! I'm experiencing issues where the person assigned to the contact is not responsible for the assigned task. We have a team work on each contact and I'm trying to send task reminders to the person assigned to the TASK (not the person assigned to the contact)
