• Add a Kanban-style board similar to pipelines

• Enable drag-and-drop task movement across stages

• Allow quick visibility of task status, owner, and priority

• Add flexible status options:

• Open

• To Do

• In Progress

• Pending

• For Review

• Resolved

• Let users customize and reorder statuses based on workflow

• Add an activity timeline inside each task

• Track updates such as status changes, assignments, and edits

• Include private notes for internal team communication

• Assign a unique ticket ID to each task

• Display it clearly in list and card views

• Allow search and filtering using the ticket number

• Expand workflow actions for tasks:

• Auto-create tasks based on triggers

• Update task status automatically

• Assign tasks to users or teams

• Add internal notes via workflows

• Enable conditions based on task fields and status

These improvements will help teams manage tasks with more clarity, speed, and accountability. It will also reduce reliance on external tools for project tracking.
