To set a reoccurring task you currently need to be in the contact, but I want to set a reoccurring task in a workflow and this feature does not show?!

For example, once a new contact is created, I want a reoccurring task that they are contacted 3 monthly, or one when their purchase anniversary occurs, NY messages, seasonal messages, EOFY, birthdays etc These should be basic add ins in a workflow
