It would be great if we could customize the stages so we know if it's new, waiting, working, etc.

Hi there, our clients and prospects are requesting something that seems sensible and expected of "Tasks".
Pending and Completed aren't enough. Any manager, and the users themselves, need to be able to easily see if a task is already being worked on.

Yes, user defined stages, perhaps with 3 or so suggested stages (which could be deleted or changed.
