It would be beneficial to have the ability to add custom fields inside tasks, allowing users to include links and other relevant details directly within a task. This would provide more context and improve workflow efficiency.
Additionally, a running notes section within each task would be helpful. As updates are made to the task, users could add notes that automatically sync and appear in the Contact's Notes section as well. This integration ensures that important updates related to a task are easily accessible in both the task and the contact record, improving tracking and communication across the CRM.

Yes. Tasks are huge and definitely hasn't been a priority for GHL. This needs to be one of the most robust things. I have to use Automations for tasks with Wait times, etc. However, if there are like 10 Opportunities in a Contact with tags, the automation goes haywire.
