It would be great to be able to collect payments on a Survey. This could be great for use cases when you're collecting registrations for a product / service and have lot of qualification questions before you can offer a purchase.

Example being a trade course where you'd ask if a student has right qualifications etc.. if they do and want to go ahead and enrol.

The enroll bit could be a payment step on a form to submit their credit card.

The payment / pricing info could be a simple settings like we have on the Calendars ... price and title...

Payment processor could be Stripe but Paypal would be great too!
