I would like a client to go to the survey and reopen it and add new information. Since they have already entered info previiously, let the answers they filled in show up in the custom field as a pre-populated answer. Meaning they are asked what is the color you want? and they answered Blue. When the open the survey again, that answer shows up in the survey as already answered, exactly as it is done with sticky contact.
